El Tur
SessionsPosted by Arrianne Aukes Wed, April 18, 2012 13:03:53Last week I went on a one-day trip with James, Kat, Will and Jamie to El Tur. El Tur is a city 2 hours driving away, with perfect flat water for starboard tack and has a wave spot as well.
We left around 7am, and when we arrived around 10 in the morning, the wind was pretty strong and the spot looked great. I was really keen to get on the water! I was out with my 4,2 and we sailed the whole day. Just took some breaks for making photo’s and a lunch, and finally at six o’clock I was so exhausted that I had to stop.
The forecast for the next week looks amazing, for tomorrow, at the second part of the competition, they even predicted 42 knots...!
